Mkgmap is a lightweight command line application that takes OpenStreetMap data and generates a map in the Garmin .img file format so that it can be loaded onto compatible GPS units.
It can easily create maps that support routing and enables you to check the map roundabouts, flare roads, as well as remove elements that might cause routing problems.
